Job Description: As an HR Intern, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our recruitment operations, gaining valuable hands-on experience in various HR aspects. From resume screening to client communication and interview scheduling, this internship offers an excellent opportunity for individuals keen on understanding and contributing to the recruitment process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Efficiently screen resumes to identify qualified candidates based on job requirements and client preferences.
- Professionally respond to client inquiries and emails, providing updates on recruitment processes and addressing concerns.
- Assist in scheduling interviews and appointments between candidates and clients, ensuring seamless coordination and communication.
- Work closely with the HR team to maintain accurate records and documentation related to candidate profiles, interviews, and client interactions.
- Offer ideas and suggestions to enhance recruitment processes and improve the candidate experience.
Requirements:
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources Management or a related field.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to quickly review and analyze resumes.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, maintaining a professional demeanor in client interactions.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Outlook for email communication and scheduling.
- Ability to prioritize tasks effectively and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Enthusiasm to learn and grow in the field of HR, with a proactive and positive attitude.
