Job Title: Accountant

Location: Porvorim, Goa

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce (B. Com)

Experience:

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in accounting

Responsibilities:

1. Independent Accounting: Handle all accounting activities independently, including but not limited to bookkeeping, ledger maintenance, and financial statement preparation.
2. Finalization: Ability to oversee the accounting process up to finalization, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory standards.
3. GST Compliance: Proficient in GST regulations and procedures, ensuring timely and accurate filing of GST returns and compliance with GST laws.
4. Travel Readiness: Willingness to travel as required for work-related purposes, including client meetings, audits, or other business engagements.

Preferred Skills:

• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
• Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Familiarity with mobile store operations is a plus

Location Preference: Candidates residing in and around Porvorim will be given preference.

Work Timings: 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM
