The incumbent will be responsible for organizing all activities of the Directors which include organizing necessary meetings, handling correspondences, planning events, maintaining schedules, managing phone calls, handling travel arrangements, communicating between the Directors and the employees.
Graduate in any discipline with experience of at least 6 years in similar roles.
The incumbent should have a strong can-do attitude and should be great at follow-up.
Good oral and written communication in English is a must.
Stability in previous roles is a key parameter.
Applicants who live in the Panjim or nearby areas would be preferred.
