Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, payroll, and compliance.

Maintain employee records and ensure adherence to company policies.

Support performance management and training initiatives.

Handle employee grievances and promote a healthy work culture.

Coordinate with management for manpower planning and workforce development.
Requirements
-
Bachelor’s degree in HR/Business Administration or related field.

2–4 years of experience in HR, preferably in the hotel/resort industry.
-
Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
-
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
