About the Role

We’re seeking a strategic, data-driven Paid Ads Manager to lead performance campaigns across Meta, Google, LinkedIn, and Amazon Ads. You’ll handle end-to-end ad management, mentor juniors, and work with multiple clients to deliver high-impact digital results.

 

What You’ll Do

– Plan, launch & optimize paid ad campaigns

– Guide and mentor junior team members

– Build audience funnels (retargeting, lookalikes, etc.)

– Analyze performance, generate reports & drive ROI

– Coordinate with clients for approvals & updates

– Balance multiple clients/projects across industries

– Participate in standups & maintain performance trackers

 

Your Goals

– Launch strategy in 90 days

– Master Amazon & LinkedIn Ads in 3 months

– Improve ad performance monthly

– Boost brand presence quarterly

– Manage and report on budgets & KPIs

 

You Bring

– Expertise in Google, Meta, LinkedIn & Amazon Ads

– Strong analytics (GA, Ads Manager, etc.)

– Creative and strategic mindset

– Client communication & campaign management skills

 

📍 Work Setup: Based in Panjim | 16 hrs WFH/week after confirmation

✈️ May require occasional travel for client meetings or events
