As a Back Office Staff member, you will be responsible for efficiently managing the materials inward and outward processes, collecting daily work reports from field staff, handling BSNL FTTH customer complaints, and ensuring effective communication and follow-up with the concerned team members. Your role is crucial in maintaining smooth operations and providing excellent support to both field staff and customers.

  1. Responsibilities:
    1. Materials Management:
      • Oversee the inward and outward movement of materials, ensuring accurate documentation and record-keeping.
      • Verify the quantity and quality of received materials and ensure they meet the required standards.
      • Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery and dispatch of materials.
    2. Daily Work Report Collection:
      • Collect and compile daily work reports from field staff, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
      • Maintain an organized and up-to-date database of work reports for easy reference and analysis.
      • Generate summary reports and highlight any discrepancies or issues to management.
    3. Customer Complaint Handling:
      • Receive and log BSNL FTTH customer complaints, ensuring all necessary details are captured.
      • Communicate customer complaints to the relevant team members promptly and accurately.
      • Follow up on customer complaints to ensure timely resolution and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
    4. Coordination and Follow-Up:
      • Act as a liaison between field staff, customers, and other departments to ensure effective communication and problem resolution.
      • Monitor the progress of assigned tasks and follow up with team members to ensure timely completion.
      • Provide regular updates to management on the status of materials, work reports, and customer complaints.
