Job Profile
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Digital Marketing and Sales Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about digital marketing, sales, and driving business growth. You will be responsible for developing and executing effective digital marketing strategies, generating leads, and closing sales.
Responsibilities:
Digital Marketing:
> Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, email, SEO, and PPC.
> Create high-quality content, such as blog posts, articles, and social media content, to attract and engage target audiences.
> Optimize website content for search engines to improve organic traffic and visibility.
> Manage and analyze website analytics to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
> Utilize social media platforms to build brand awareness, generate leads, and foster community engagement.
> Implement email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and drive conversions.
Sales:
> Identify and qualify potential leads through various channels, including online and offline sources.
> Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide effective solutions.
> Conduct effective sales presentations and product demonstrations to generate interest and close deals.
> Negotiate contracts and pricing to maximize revenue and profitability.
> Track and manage sales pipeline to ensure consistent revenue growth.
> Provide excellent customer service and support to maintain long-term relationships.
Qualifications:
> 2-3 years in digital marketing and sales
> Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
> Proven experience in digital marketing and sales.
> Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Ads, social media platforms).
> Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
> Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
> Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
> Passion for technology and emerging trends.
Additional Skills (Preferred):
> Knowledge of SEO and SEM best practices.
> Proficiency in design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite).
