Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage maintenance team for daily operations.

• Ensure preventive and corrective maintenance of resort facilities, equipment, and utilities.

• Handle electrical, plumbing, and mechanical repairs as required.

• Maintain safety standards and coordinate with contractors when necessary.

• Monitor maintenance schedules and maintain service records.

Requirements

• Diploma/degree in Engineering or related technical field.

• 2–4 years of experience in maintenance supervision in hotels/resorts.

• Strong technical knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems.

• Ability to lead a team and ensure timely completion of tasks.
