Responsibilities:
- Actively promote and sell our services to other shopkeepers within the designated area.
- Visit various shops and businesses to introduce our services and explain how they can benefit from them.
- Build and maintain relationships with shopkeepers, ensuring they have a clear understanding of our services and their potential for generating additional income.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing queries, concerns, and providing appropriate solutions.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective sales strategies and achieve sales targets.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings to effectively position our services.
- Maintain accurate records of sales visits, customer interactions, and sales activities.
- Regularly report sales progress, challenges, and opportunities to the sales manager.
Requirements:
- A male candidate, preferably with prior experience in sales or customer service.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to effectively explain complex processes in a clear and concise manner.
- Strong interpersonal skills to establish and maintain relationships with shopkeepers.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented, with the ability to work independently.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Flexibility to work either full-time or part-time hours, as per business needs.
- Willingness to travel within the designated area to visit shops and businesses.
