Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth

- Lead, manage, and train both field and tele-sales teams
- Negotiate and close key deals, serving as a senior point of contact
- Resolve customer escalations and ensure high service satisfaction
- Analyze sales trends and performance metrics regularly
- Provide timely and practical solutions to customer requirements
- Collaborate with the marketing team to maintain brand alignment
- Stay informed about new product launches and market developments
- Coordinate with internal departments like Purchase, Dispatch, and Warehouse
