Responsibilities

• Manage all procurement activities including vendor selection, negotiation, and purchase orders.

• Maintain accurate inventory records of supplies and equipment.

• Ensure timely procurement to support smooth resort operations.

• Monitor stock levels, reduce wastage, and implement cost control measures.

• Build and maintain strong vendor relationships.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree/diploma in Supply Chain, Procurement, or related field.

• 2–4 years of experience in stores/purchase management within hospitality.

• Strong negotiation, budgeting, and vendor management skills.

• Knowledge of inventory management systems and processes.
