Position Overview: As a Cashier, you will be an integral part of our front-of-house team, responsible for providing seamless transactions and exceptional customer service. Key Responsibilities:
- Efficiently handle all transactions, including cash, credit/debit cards, and digital payments.
- Provide friendly and attentive customer service, addressing inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization at the cashier station.
- Collaborate with the serving staff to ensure smooth operations and timely service.
- Uphold company policies and procedures regarding cash handling and customer interactions.
- Assist with other duties as assigned by the management team.
Requirements:
- Graduation degree or equivalent qualification.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with customers and team members.
- Impeccable grooming and a professional appearance.
- Proven experience in a cashier or customer service role preferred.
- Strong numerical ability and attention to detail.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.
