Job Summary
A Cashier’s primary role is to assist customers in in-store for Billing and product delivery in store. Main duties include checking product costs, ensuring accuracy in Invoicing, requesting price checks, honoring coupons, collecting payment, and giving appropriate change. Responsible for counting the contents of the cash register drawer at the end of each shift, maintaining receipts, records and withdrawals, bank deposition, cheque deposition, reconciliation, etc. Also have to ensure good customer service is provided along with answering the queries along with thanking them on the final transaction
