Job Description: We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Field Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our comprehensive portal services to shop owners and businesses in your assigned territory. This is a field-based position requiring frequent travel within the region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales & Business Development: Identify and engage with potential shop owners and business clients to present and promote our portal services.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to drive customer satisfaction and retention.
- Product Demonstrations: Conduct product demonstrations and provide detailed information on the benefits and features of our portal.
- Market Research: Gather market intelligence and feedback to understand customer needs and identify opportunities for growth.
- Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and sales progress using our CRM system.
- Travel: Utilize your personal bike for traveling to client locations and attending meetings within the assigned territory.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Proven experience in field sales or business development, preferably in the financial services or technology sector.
- Transportation: Own a bike and possess a valid motorcycle license for travel within the region.
- Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively present and sell our portal services.
- Customer Focus: Demonstrated ability to build relationships and understand customer needs.
- Organizational Skills: Ability to manage time effectively and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Tech Savvy: Basic understanding of financial services, ticket booking systems, and mobile recharge processes is a plus.
Compensation:
- Salary: ₹30,000 per month (Note: ESI & PF are not provided).
- Fuel Allowance: Discussable based on travel requirements and usage.
