Area Sales Manager – Roofing Sheets

Overview:

We are looking for an Area Sales Manager [ASM] for a company who are the manufactures and exporter for Roofing sheets. As an ASM you will be responsible for leading the sales team, executing strategic sales plans, expanding the customer base, and ensuring revenue growth and profitability.

Responsibilities:

• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with retailers, projects, infra projects, Dealers and distributors.
• Engage with dealers, distributors, architects, interior designers, builders, contractors, to understand their needs and preferences.
• Develop and execute sales plans to achieve revenue targets.
• Work closely with the marketing team to align promotional activities with sales objectives.
• Collaborate with internal teams to assess resource availability for identified projects, new customers, retailers, wholesalers.
•  Monitor receivables, address payment-related issues, and liaise with clients on outstanding payments.

Job Requirements:

• Any Graduate.
• Experience in Building Material Industry [Steel, Iron, Tile, Pipe, Roof, TMT].
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with construction materials and their application in the building sector.

Location: Pune,   Goa and Mangalore.
