Job Overview:
The leading offbeat and experiential tour company, known for their unique concept – based trails, curating memorable travel adventures, providing top-notch services, and ensuring unparalleled customer satisfaction that have helped create a different narrative of Goa are seeking a Tour Guide/ coordinator to join their team.
Job Responsibilities:
- This is a full-time, on-site role located in North and in South Goa.
- As an Ambassador – Operations, you will be responsible for leading guided tours for our guests, which includes providing interesting information regarding historical and cultural landmarks and local traditions.
- You will also be responsible for communicating effectively with guests and delivering outstanding customer service.
- The role may also involve sales and promoting our tours to prospective guests.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelors / Masters Tourism or related field.
- Experience in Guided Tours and knowledge of local history and culture.
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills.
- Strong Sales skills and ability to promote tours to prospective guests.
- A passion for travel and exploration.
- Fluency in English and additional fluency in other languages is a plus. A degree in Travel and Tourism or related fields is an added advantage.
Location: North Goa and South Goa.
