Job Overview

Sanda Group is seeking a Front Office Executive – Senior Associate for a full-time position located in South Goa This l role requires a minimum of 1-year experience in managing front office operations efficiently. we are open to Executives and Duty Managers applying for the position too. The chosen candidate will play a pivotal role in enhancing guest relations and managing data entry tasks while supporting the front desk operations.

Qualifications And Skills
• Proficient in communication, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with clients and colleagues.
• Exemplary multitasking abilities to manage various tasks seamlessly in a dynamic work environment.
• Strong skills in data entry, ensuring all data is recorded accurately and maintained correctly in databases.
• In-depth knowledge of front office operations, including greeting guests and managing inquiries efficiently.
• Advanced expertise in handling front desk responsibilities, enhancing the front offices operational effectiveness.
• Possess excellent guest relation skills to ensure a welcoming and professional atmosphere for all visitors.
• A sharp eye for detail to help in maintaining the accuracy and integrity of information processed at the front office.
• Adept at using various office software applications to support basic IT tasks and improve office workflows.

Roles And Responsibilities
• Manage the front office desk, ensuring a professional and welcoming environment for all guests and clients.
• Handle all incoming communications, including calls and emails, directing them to appropriate departments as necessary.
• Organize and maintain the front office area, ensuring all materials are readily available for visitor engagement.
• Coordinate with team members to support company events and manage administrative tasks diligently.
• Assist in maintaining accurate records of guest interactions and transactions using data entry applications.
• Monitor and manage office supplies, placing orders as needed to ensure the smooth running of office operations.
• Collaborate with other staff members to provide comprehensive support in other administrative tasks.
• Address and resolve any guest concerns promptly and professionally, enhancing overall guest experience.
