POSITION SUMMARY:
Greet guests promptly and politely upon arrival. Answer telephones in a friendly, timely manner. Assist guests with bookings, changing, or inquiring about reservations. Evaluate guest play to properly issue complimentary items. Assist casino hosts, VIP, Players Club, ticketing, and other departments with information regarding casino guests. Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES:
- Be able to read, analyse and interpret computer screens and player tracking.
- Present information clearly and describe casino programs and promotions to guests and agents.
- This position is responsible for handling casino reservations, explaining casino offers, promotions, and events to guests.
- Ensure efficient and proper service for VIP guests.
- Work in a professional manner and capacity as a team member
- Provide effective communication with all team members regarding casino promotions and events.
- Assist guests with any questions or information that they might need.
- The individual must be able to stand, move and work throughout the office area
- Assist in the execution of all promotions and events.
- Assists in handling all reports and guest follow-up relating to promotions.
