Job Description: Palm Grove Beach Resort is a Boutique Hotel located on Ashvem Beach since 2009. We are currently searching for an experienced and capable Accounts Assistant to join our team in Hotel and Restaurant.

We are looking for someone already resident in North Goa since we want this to be a long lasting commitment.

In this role, you’ll play a crucial part in supporting the smooth financial operations of our hotel. You’ll gain valuable experience assisting with various accounting tasks, from processing invoices to reconciling accounts. Prepare to be immersed in the dynamic world of hotel finance, where accuracy and efficiency are key!

Experience from accounts in Hospitality industry is not necessary but of course an advantage. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in handling day-to-day accounts and possess knowledge of Tally, GST, TDS, and other relevant topics.

Responsibilities: As the Accounts Assistant, you will be responsible for various accounting tasks, including verifying and posting accounts receivable transactions, coordinating financial records. Verify and post transactions to journals, ledgers, and other records.- Coordinate and perform accounting tasks in maintaining financial records of accounts receivable and delinquent accounts. Accounts Payable in efficient and timely collection of payables by providing reliable and accurate documentation and record keeping.-Supervise, coordinate, and participate in accounting tasks.

Job Type: Full-time on location

Salary: ₹18,000.00 – ₹20,000.00 per month, to be discussed based on qualification.

Schedule: Day shift

Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred

Tally: 1 year (Preferred)
