Vacancy for an Assistant Manager – HR (Industrial Relations) for a company in Bicholim

Qualifications:
●Bachelor’s degree in labor relations, business management or HR
●Candidates with Master’s in HR and industrial/labour relations will have preference

Experience:
●10-15 years in HR – IR

Responsibilities:
●Develop and implement HR policies, procedures and programs that align with the company’s goals and objectives
●Ensure compliance with labour laws and regulations, including wage and hour laws, safety regulations and other employment-related laws.
●Head monthly labor management meetings
●General Administration, wage settlement and statutory compliance
