We’re on the hunt for a proactive, people-first Digital Marketing Executive & Client Acquisition Specialist who loves all things marketing and thrives on building strong client relationships.
You’ll be the go-to expert for managing existing client campaigns while also reaching out to new leads, guiding them with confidence, and converting them into happy clients. If you’re a good communicator, know your way around digital marketing (especially paid ads, social media, and content), and love talking to people – we’d love to meet you!
What You’ll Do:
- 👥 Manage digital marketing campaigns for our existing clients (Google Ads, Meta Ads, content planning, etc.)
- 📞 Call new leads, understand their needs, and pitch our services in a friendly, non-pushy way
- 🤝 Follow up and close deals with interested prospects
- 📊 Track campaign performance and help deliver results that wow clients
- 📝 Assist in basic reporting and client communication
- 💡 Share creative ideas to improve campaigns and conversions
What We’re Looking For:
- 1+ years experience in digital marketing or client management
- Strong understanding of Facebook Ads, Google Ads, and content strategy
- Excellent communication skills in English & Hindi
- Friendly, positive attitude and a hunger to grow
- Based in Goa or willing to work from our office in Tiswadi, Old Goa
