Job Title: Villa Operations & Sales Manager (Female Candidates Only) – Casa Royale, Goa

Casa Royale is a premium luxury villa offering an exclusive hospitality experience to select guests. We aim to blend personalised service, seamless operations, and luxury living. We are seeking a dynamic and experienced female candidate to manage villa operations, guest relations, and develop strategic sales partnerships.

Position Summary:

We are looking for a full-time Villa Operations & Sales Manager (Female) who will be responsible for managing the daily operations of the villa, maintaining the highest standards of guest experience, and proactively growing direct and agent-driven bookings. This role requires professionalism, organisational skills, guest-centric behaviour, and strong networking ability.

Key Responsibilities:

Villa Operations Management

  • Oversee daily cleanliness, maintenance, and readiness of the villa for guests.
  • Supervise housekeeping, kitchen, maintenance, and support staff.
  • Conducted daily property checks and ensured all guest areas met high standards.
  • Manage vendors for repairs, supply deliveries, laundry, pest control, and general maintenance.

Guest Relationship Management

  • Personally welcome and assist guests from arrival to departure with warmth and professionalism.
  • Handle all guest inquiries, concerns, and special requests during their stay.
  • Ensure a seamless guest experience, maintaining high satisfaction levels and encouraging positive feedback.

Sales and Booking Growth

  • Actively network with local travel agents, OTA partners, wedding planners, and corporate clients.
  • Drive direct bookings by promoting the villa experience to local and regional partners.
  • Coordinate villa site visits for agents and prospective clients.
  • Track booking leads, agent partnerships, and sales conversions.

Administration and Reporting

  • Manage villa inventory (linen, groceries, consumables, amenities) and petty cash expenses.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly reports covering occupancy rates, revenue trends, guest feedback, and sales activities.

Required Qualifications:

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, Business Administration, or Tourism (preferred but not mandatory).

Experience:

  • 2 to 5 years of experience in hospitality operations, villa management, hotel front office, sales, or guest relations.
  • Prior experience in boutique hotels, luxury homestays, or villas preferred.

Skills:

  • Strong communication skills in English; fluency in Hindi required; Konkani or Marathi preferred.
  • Confident and polished guest interaction skills.
  • Knowledge of OTA platforms like Airbnb, Booking.com, MakeMyTrip, and basic familiarity with Google Sheets and email management.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to handle multiple responsibilities.
  • Sales-minded approach to networking with agents and driving direct bookings.

Other Requirements:

  • Professional grooming and hospitality etiquette are mandatory.
  • Willingness to stay at or near the property (live-in option available).
  • Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays, based on villa occupancy.
  • Responsible, trustworthy, and able to maintain confidentiality.

Compensation:

  • Salary Range: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month, based on experience and skill level.
  • Incentives: Performance bonuses based on booking growth and guest satisfaction scores.
