Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Office Assistant to join our team in Porvorim, Goa. The ideal candidate should possess a B.Com/M.Com qualification and have 1-2 years of experience, although freshers are welcome to apply.
Responsibilities:
- Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Data Entry: Accurately enter and maintain data in the company’s systems and databases.
- Communication: Handle incoming calls, emails, and other communications, directing them to the appropriate personnel.
- Documentation: Assist in preparing and organizing documents, reports, and other materials.
- Coordination: Collaborate with various departments to facilitate effective communication and workflow.
- Filing and Organization: Maintain organized filing systems for easy retrieval of information.
- Customer Service: Address inquiries and provide basic information to clients and visitors.
Requirements:
- Education: B.Com/M.Com qualification.
- Experience: 1-2 years of relevant experience is preferred, but freshers are encouraged to apply.
- Communication Skills: Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Computer Proficiency: Familiarity with basic computer applications (MS Office suite).
- Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and accuracy in work.
